I'm Chelsea.

I hit my rock bottom when I started skipping Gyn Onc clinic to sneak off to the resident's lounge and take naps.
That's when I realized I needed to actively DO something to make a change.
I took a 5 week leave of absence from my residency program. I started healing my nervous system through meditation, yoga and time in nature.
I got clear on the biggest energy drains in my life and career, and started making some changes to address them.

When you are constantly in a state of hyperarousal (or fight/ flight), you are continually depleting your body of resources and setting yourself up for burnout.

Working in a career that constantly violates your personal values leads to burnout and resentment over time. Generally, when you are unhappy and unfulfilled in your career- one BIG reason is because the work doesn’t line up with your values. Let’s fix that shall we?
In this section we get clear on what your values are, and what it looks like to live out each value on a daily basis.
We will use a values scorecard to evaluate how well you are currently meeting your values and create metrics to perform a weekly check in with your values.
Even if you’ve done values work before- trust me, you’ve never done it like this. My approach to values is unique, and this is one of the modules my private clients always rave about.

Right after you enroll, you will be sent a welcome email with detailed instructions on how to access the self-study component of the course. This will include a login ID and link to access to the course platform.
Within the course platform, you will have immediate access to all self-study content to move through at your own pace. You can begin right away!
You can start binge watching the content as soon as you sign up for the program. Since it's a self study program there is no official start date. You get to start on your own time, as it's convenient for you.

No, this is a self paced program without any individual support from Chelsea.
The entire program has over 6 hours of on-demand video content, however there is no need to try and finish it all at once. I recommend setting aside 1 hour/ week to work through the content in the program, just so you start seeing results and making progress.
We understand that life gets busy. The good news is, you will be given lifetime access to the course content and all of its updates, so you can always return to the material.
